I/- Onion and garlic
Vegetables that are onion-like (garlic, leeks, wood garlic) contain propyl disulfide that destroys the red blood cells causing anemia. In severe cases, anemia leads to serious damage to the internal organs.
The symptoms are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, apathy, abdominal pain, and an increased heart rate. The symptoms may appear within several days.
